Carlos Lee Mulling Approving Trade to Dodgers

Several sources are reporting the Dodgers have worked out a trade with the Houston Astros for first baseman Carlos Lee.  MLB.com is reporting Lee has confirmed the trade possibility and is mulling over the decision whether he will waive his no trade clause.

According to ESPN.com and Jayson Stark, the Astros would receive Single A pitching prospect Garrett Gould.  However, ESPN's Buster Olney tweeted the following earlier today:
"Source As of early afternoon today, Carlos Lee continues to tell the Astros he won't waive his no-trade clause."

Looks like Dodger fans will be kept waiting for at least another day or two to find out if this trade goes through.  Carlos Lee is currently batting .290 with 5 homeruns and 29 RBI.

True to the Blue!
